What is the cost of therapy and do you accept my insurance?

We accept the following insurance:

Lyra Benefits

We accept FSA and HSA. 

*Not all providers are in network with each carrier, when you contact us we will check your coverage and let you know which therapist at S & J Wellness accepts your insurance benefits.*

We are not currently accepting HMO, Medicare or Medicaid.

Full Self -Pay Rates

• $150 - 45 minutes
• $200 - 60 minutes 
• $225 - for couples and family sessions
• $250 - initial evaluation 

Special Services and Fees

• Expert testimony is charged at the hourly rate.
• Letter writing - $60
• Case management -$75 an hour. Case management involves applications for disability, copying and sending records for applications, etc. We are able to assist with these services for established clients once a therapy relationship has been established.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards, FSA, and HSA cards. We collect payment at the end of session through our secure patient portal automatically through your preferred payment method that is kept on file. Cancellation Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled therapy appointment or you cancel the appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged a $80 no-show/late cancellation fee.
