Our Mission

We are a group of licensed therapists and clinicians who have over 60 years of experience and training in specialized therapy services. We provide therapy for adults, children and teens, and couples and families. We treat anxiety, depression, and ADHD. We specialize in trauma, neurodivergence, children and teen mental health, and complex family of origin issues.

We provide a culturally responsive, trauma focused, safe, and welcoming therapy environment to everyone we encounter. We are affirming in all that we do.

We understand the wounds that deep trauma causes. We also understand that anxiety, depression and other concerns that bring you to therapy can impact your life in significant ways. Being present in the therapy room with our clients is a sacred place. We honor this. As therapists, we believe that the relationship between therapist and client is unique and can be a catalyst for great change.

Our Process

We strive to make the process of seeing your therapist as smooth as possible. Once you call or inquire with us, we will get back to you in 24 hours.

We will verify your insurance or set up a self-pay rate for services. We do provide sliding scale therapy on a limited basis. We are near Naperville in Warrenville.

After you reach out to us our office will call you. We will then schedule your first appointment after we verify insurance and appointment times.

Next, we will add you to our secure client portal, send you some paperwork to complete before your first appointment, and answer any questions you may have.
