At this time we do not accept HMO, Medicaid or Medicare. We do not provide super bills but we will check your out of network benefits if we are not in network and submit claims on your behalf. 

We understand that insurance can be stressful. We are transparent with billing, our rates, and questions about claims. We encourage all prospective clients to call their insurance and check coverage, deductible, and copay amount. We will also verify coverage and update you on your responsibility for services. Payment is due at the time of service unless you have a payment arrangement.

We use a HIPAA secure Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for managing consent paperwork, medical history, Telehealth links, and appointment reminders. We also use a HIPAA secure, encrypted email system to send emails and messages to our clients. Your confidentiality is important to us.

When you book an appointment, we set you up in our HIPAA secured client portal. We ask that you complete paperwork at least 24 hours prior to your appointment or the appointment will be cancelled. You are welcome to reschedule, but this is a legal and ethical responsibility to have your consent. The forms we send are:

We offer a free 10 minute consultation to see if you and your therapist are a good match.
