Hello and welcome! I’m Anne (she/her/hers), and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor.

It’s wonderful that you are here. I am a neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist. I want to acknowledge that it takes courage to reach out and I believe that by doing so, you empower yourself to begin to feel better through counseling. Creating genuine and honest connections with people is very important to me and I do so through active listening, curiosity and humor. My goal is to provide non-judgmental support to you so that we can work together to address what led you here today.

My approach is empathetic and person-centered. I can help you find the strength within yourself to face the challenges life brings in a thoughtful, balanced manner. Together, we will forge the path for you to realize your full potential.

Throughout my career I’ve worked in social services with very diverse client populations which has greatly influenced my practice. I am passionate about finding the strengths in everyone I work with and will bring that passion to our collaborative therapeutic relationship.
